Q: What is your policy with short dated supplies?

A: We have an extremely high turnover, check out our prices its easy to see why, and as a result our products don't stay on our shelves for long!
Manufacturers typically offer use by dates ranging from 3 to 4 years from the date of production provided it is stored correctly. If you order an 18 pack from us and the combined use by dates do not allow for an 18 month period then we will replace one or more packs to allow for this to happen.
If you purchase multiple 18 packs then this does not apply. For example, you purchase one 18 pack of Frontline, (18 pipettes), which is applied monthly. We will ensure that the use by dates will cover an 18 month period. However if you purchase two 18 packs of Frontline, (36 pipettes), we will only guarantee up to a maximum 18 month shelf life.
Note though, the manufacturers shelf lifes are normally much longer than 18 months, Frontline for example, is 4 years from production.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards and any other payment means supported by the PayPal network, (for example eCheque).
Q: I dont have a PayPal account, can I still purchase from you?

A: Yes you can by using a major credit card. PayPal accepts credit cards with or without a PayPal account provided the email address used for your transaction with us is not associated with a PayPal account.
Q: Do you accept payments directly and not via the PayPal payment gateway?

A: No, we do not accept payments outside of the PayPal network. This is a security measure to protect both you and us. PayPal is regarded as one of the most trusted and secure payment gateways in the world. They have extremely strict policies and procedures allowing the transfer of funds only from verified and trusted accounts. At no time during any transaction will your personal account or credit card details be shown to us.
Q: What is the minimum and maximum amount I can order?

A: The minimum transaction you can perform with us is $10. There is no maximum, however we recommend you do not purchase multiple 18 packs, (for example), as the use by dates may be at risk of expiration. Unless, of course, you are purchasing for yourself and friends!
