We regret we no longer sell or support dog behavioral products sold by Radio Systems Australia, (formally Innotek Australia)

These products include the Petsafe, Innotek and SportsDog brands.

In the last 12 years of selling and supporting these products we have strived to offer the most competitive pricing and support possible to help all pet owners cope with dog behavioral products. We have never had a large share of the market, but always the best prices available. Following the sale of Innotek Australia to its parent company in the USA, the Australian branch sought to increase their wholesale prices to the 'smaller players' and as a result we can no longer be competitive in the online market place. Effectively we can no longer offer our customers discounted behavioral solutions without incurring losses.

Its an unfortunate situation, these are great products. However our business model is simple... we want to minimize the costs associated with pet ownership for our customers... without compromise. Look at our pet medication pricing, and you will see what we mean! If we can't offer the best prices in Australia and allow you access to proper pet care, then we wont sell it.
